Benevolence Fund for Cst. Alasdair Robertson-More #4737

CPS District 7, Marine Unit and former District 1 member, Senior Constable Alasdair Robertson-More #4737 has been forced to take time off work to care for his wife Karissa and their two children after Karissa was recently diagnosed with stage three cervical cancer.
Karissa is currently undergoing chemotherapy along with radiation treatments and will be undergoing further medical procedures in the near future. The effects of the cancer, in addition to the negative side-effects of the treatments, have resulted in the closing of their day home and the need to take time off work. This has put considerable financial hardship on Alasdair’s family.
A benevolence fund has been established through the CPS Legacy Place Benevolence Fund to assist Alasdair and his family during this difficult time.
CPVA members can contribute to the benevolence fund through any of the following methods:
- Mail a cheque made out to “The Legacy Place Society”. Include in the memo area “Alasdair Robertson-More”. Make sure your name and address are correct for the Tax Receipt. Mail it to:

2. Sending an e-transfer to info@legacyplacesociety.com Please include a note directing the donation to “Alasdair Robertson-More” in the message, as well as the full name of the donor and mailing address to receive a tax receipt.
