Passing pof John Hewett

March 29, 2023 - Calgary, Alberta

Our brother  John Hewett passed away on March 29, 2023, of Parkinson's at the age of 81 years. John is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Nancy, his son Colin (Sherri), dearly loved grandchildren Summer, Orianna, and Beau; his sister Betty Peterkin, along with extended family and many cousins in the U.K. 

John enjoyed a career of over thirty years with the Calgary Police service, and after said, "I would do it all again". An independent, very quiet, good natured gentleman of faith, loving and caring for family always John's first concern. 

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Cecilia's Catholic Church (321 90 Ave SE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday April 5th, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
