Passing of David Boutilier Reg #1346

Sadly I have learned that our friend and brother, Dave “Boots” Boutilier passed away September 23, 2024 at the age of 79. Most of you know that in 2021 Dave took a fall and hit his head on a concrete floor causing a brain injury. 

Dave was in long term care after that and was recently being visited by a few of our own veterans participating in our new CPVA Peer Support Program. Dave worked a long time in the Traffic Section as well as APU. He served 30 years before retiring. 
 
If there is going to be a Celebration of Life, I will let you all know. His daughter, Tracey, has been caring for him since his accident and if you would like to reach out to her with words of support, I know she would really appreciate that.
